RYP3000 - 3-Axis Rotational Stage
Precision Angular Alignment
If you want the most extreme resolution in 3-axis rotational system for positioning
that’s rugged and repeatable, easy to use, with superior resolution - the Luminos
RYP3000 is the most advanced 3-axis manual positioning / alignment system on the
market. This 3-axis Roll Yaw Pitch positioner is flexure based with no frictional
bearings. Each axis provides a total travel of 3 degrees. The patented
Ratio Drive™ allows an incredible by hand resolution of 0.2 arc second Roll
and 0.4 arc second Yaw and Pitch resolution without touch sensitivity. The concurrent
rotation point is projected a full inch in front of the unit and ½ inch above for
unobstructed access.
Automation
With this new design, upgrading to automation is easy and inexpensive. The
standard stepper motor
option provides 0.1 arc second resolution on the roll axis and 0.2 arc second resolution
on the pitch and yaw axes. A simple ActiveX driver makes it straightforward
to get up and running quickly in many different development platforms (including
Visual Basic, Labview, or C++).
Accessories
With accessories ranging from fiber array holders
to contact sensors,
Luminos can get you out-fitted and up-and-running quickly on your applications.
